About This Opportunity

The Tripura Law Department is recruiting for the position of Assistant Public Prosecutor (In-charge) for the Ld. SDJM Court, Sabroom, South Tripura District. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting cases in the Ld. SDJM Court, Sabroom, South Tripura District, in addition to their normal duties. The appointment is made in partial modification of the earlier notification No.F.5(7)-Law/LR-1/2018 dated 07.07.2021. The selected candidate will be entitled to get 10% of the fee prescribed for Assistant Public Prosecutor (In-charge) for conducting of cases before the Ld. SDJM Court, Sabroom, South Tripura District. The appointment is made with immediate effect and will remain in force until further order. The selected candidate will be required to submit their resignation letter as Assistant Public Prosecutor (In-Charge) of Ld. SDJM Court, Sabroom. South Tripura District, dated 02.12.2022, which is approved by the Department.
