About This Opportunity

The Government of Rajasthan, Revenue Department, is inviting applications for the allotment of government land for setting up agro-processing and agri-business enterprises. The selected applicants will be granted land on a leasehold basis for a period of up to 30 years. The land will be used for the establishment of agro-processing and agri-business enterprises, including captive production and consumption for agro-processing and agri-business projects. The applicants must meet the eligibility criteria, which includes being a graduate with a minimum of 21 years of age and a maximum of 35 years of age. The selection process will involve the submission of an application form, which must be completed in all respects and submitted to the General Manager, Rajasthan State Agriculture Marketing Board (RSAMB). The application fee is ₹5,000, which is non-refundable. The allotment of land will be made based on the recommendation of the State Level Empowered Committee. The lease rent will be charged at the rate of 10% of the prevailing DLC rate of agricultural land at the time of allotment, and will be increased by 15% after every two years. The lease deed must be executed within 45 days from the date of allotment order. The allottee must use the land for the specified purpose within the stipulated time, and failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the allotment and the land reverting back to the State Government. The allottee must also comply with the terms and conditions of the lease deed, including not using the land for any purpose other than the specified purpose, and not making any construction on the land other than that required for the setting, operation, and maintenance of the agro-processing and agri-business enterprises.
