Empanelment of Vehicle Outsourcing Providers - Govt. of Mizoram

The Government of Mizoram, General Administration Department, is pleased to notify the empanelment of the following individuals as Vehicle Outsourcing Providers under The Govt. of Mizoram Vehicle Outsourcing Policy, 2019. The empanelment is in continuation of the Department's Notification of even number issued previously regarding empanelment of vehicles. The selected individuals will be responsible for providing vehicle outsourcing services to the Government of Mizoram. The empanelment is valid for a period of one year from the date of notification. The selected individuals will be required to submit a performance guarantee of ₹10,000/- to the General Administration Department. The empanelment can be terminated at any time by the Government of Mizoram if the selected individual fails to meet the performance standards or if the services are not satisfactory. The selected individuals will be required to maintain a fleet of vehicles that meet the requirements of the Government of Mizoram. The vehicles should be in good condition and should have a valid fitness certificate. The selected individuals will be required to provide a copy of the fitness certificate to the General Administration Department. The empanelment is subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The contract can be terminated at any time by either party with a notice period of 30 days. The selected individuals will be required to pay a security deposit of ₹5,000/- to the General Administration Department. The security deposit will be refunded after the termination of the contract if the selected individual has fulfilled all the terms and conditions of the contract. The selected individuals will be required to maintain a record of the vehicles and the services provided. The record should be kept for a period of one year from the date of termination of the contract. The selected individuals will be required to provide a copy of the record to the General Administration Department. The empanelment is subject to the approval of the competent authority. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the empanelment at any time if the selected individual fails to meet the performance standards or if the services are not satisfactory.
