About This Opportunity

The Government of Tripura is recruiting for Public Prosecutors and Additional Public Prosecutors for various courts and stations across the state. The recruitment is based on the powers vested under sub-section (3) of Section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS). The selected candidates will be appointed for a period not exceeding 2 years from the date of joining/taking over charge thereof. The Public Prosecutors and Addl. Public Prosecutors will be entitled to monthly retainer fees and other fees as admissible under The Tripura Legal Remembrancer's Manual. They will also be entitled to clerkage of one licensed clerk, subject to appointment of such licensed clerk, whose joining report shall be submitted to the Law Department along with a copy of the Advocate Clerk's license, Pan Card, Aadhar Card, Bank Pass Book, and Aadhar linked mobile phone number etc. The selected candidates will be required to submit their respective joining report to the Law Department, Government of Tripura immediately after joining, along with a copy of Pan Card, Aadhar Card, Bank Pass Book, and Aadhar linked mobile phone number etc.
