About This Opportunity

The Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law & Justice, is filling up two posts of Library Information Assistant on transfer on deputation basis. The posts are Group 'B' Non-Gazetted (Non-Ministerial) and are in Level-5 of pay matrix corresponding to the pre-revised PB-2 (Rs.9,300-34,800/-) with Grade pay of Rs. 4200/-. Eligible officers who fulfill the eligibility conditions mentioned in Annexure-I and are willing to be considered for the post may forward their applications through proper channel in prescribed proforma given in Annexure-II within 30 days from the date of issue of this advertisement in the Employment News along with their up-to-date CR/APAR Dossier/Performance Report of last five years and vigilance clearance certificate.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University. Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date for receipt of applications. Experience: Officers of the Central Government holding an analogous post or posts in the Level-4 of pay matrix corresponding to the pre-revised PB-1 (Rs.5,200-20,200) with grade pay of Rs.2,400/- with 5 years regular service in that grade or posts in the Level-2 of pay matrix corresponding to the pre-revised PB-1 (Rs.5,200-20,200) with grade pay of Rs.1,900/- with 8 years regular service in that grade.
