The Government of Gujarat, in consultation with the High Court of Gujarat, hereby varies the local limits of Courts of Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Vadnagar District Mahesana and the Courts of Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Kheralu, District Mahesana. The local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the Court of the Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Vadnagar, District Mahesana will be excluded within the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the Court of the Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Kheralu, District Mahesana. The said Villages will be included within the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the Court of the Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Kheralu, District Mahesana. The Villages Sundhiya, Jaska, Hajipur, Babipura, Vaktapur will be excluded within the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the Court of the Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Kheralu, District Mahesana and the said Villages will be included within the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the Court of the Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Vadnagar, District Mahesana. This notification is issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 1) of the Gujarat Civil Courts Act, 2005.
