Lure of better life turns tribal youth into drug mules

Hundreds of tribal youth from the Agency areas of Alluri Sitharama Raju district languish in jail after getting caught with ganja and charged under the stringent NDPS Act, 1985. Many had been lured into the smuggling network by the drug mafia, dangling the promises of a quick buck or an expensive gadget.
