Haryana Tourism Corporation Limited invites bids for the licensing of agency for setting up and running of food stalls at the 39th Surajkund International Crafts Mela 2026. The mela will be held from January 31 to February 15, 2026, at Surajkund, Haryana. The successful bidder will be required to set up and operate food stalls in the main food court and other specified areas within the mela ground. The bidder must have experience in running similar businesses and meet the eligibility criteria specified in the tender document. The tender document can be downloaded from the NIC e-auction portal, and the last date for submission of bids is December 16, 2025. The e-auction will be held on December 19, 2025, from 12:15 pm to 1:00 pm. The bidder must deposit an earnest money deposit of Rs. 15,00,000 and pay the auction value as per the terms and conditions specified in the tender document. The bidder must also execute an agreement on non-judicial stamp papers and deposit two passport size photographs, attested copies of ration card, voter ID card, PAN card, Aadhar card, and passport of the licensee or partner. The bidder must also provide the name, address, mobile number, and other details of the employees to be deputed for mela duty along with two recent passport size photographs by January 28, 2026.
