The Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology (IASST), Guwahati, is recruiting for a Project Assistant under a sponsored project entitled 'Regeneration' at the Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology (IASST), Guwahati. The project is sponsored by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India (GoI). The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development of active biomaterials for peripheral nerve regeneration. The position is for a contractual period of one year, which can be extended to two years based on performance and availability of funds. The candidate should have a Master's degree in Biological Sciences/Nanotechnology with a minimum of 55% marks. The age limit for the position is 28 years as on the date of application, with relaxation as per Government of India rules. The selected candidate will receive a monthly emolument of Rs. 20,000/- + HRA (As per DST norms). Interested candidates can apply online within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement.
