The Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh is inviting Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputed agencies/companies/individuals/proprietors etc. to organize the Rose Festival 2025. The festival is an integral part of the cultural calendar of the Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh and is held every year. This year, the festival will be celebrated in the third or fourth week of February. The scope of work broadly includes the following events/competitions: Inaugural and closing ceremony/prize distribution, Flower & Rangoli Competition, Floral Hat Event and decorative arrangement by various nurseries, Govt./Private Institution etc. for display arrangement, Rose Prince and Rose Princess Competition, Brass and Pipe Band Competition, On the spot painting competition, Folk Dance Competition, Photography Competition, Mr. and Miss Rose Competition, Mr. Rose King and Rose Queen Competition for Senior Citizens, Rose Quiz competition, Competition for best neighbourhood parks maintained by the Resident Welfare Associations, Joy Helicopter Ride, Antakshri Competition, Branding of Rose Festival, Tentage, security arrangement, refreshment & Prize Mementoes, Decorative arrangement, Videography & photography, Arrangement of various artiest from NZCC, school children, college students for various cultural activity, Boarding, lodging, and stage performance. The EOI is to be submitted in sealed envelope titled "Expression of Interest for celebration of 53" Rose Festival 2025 for M.C., Chandigarh" to be submitted in the office of Executive Engineer, Horticulture Division No.1, Room No.412, 4th Floor, Municipal Corporation Building, Sector 17, Chandigarh - 160017 as well in soft copy at given email address xenhortmec-chd@nic.in.
