The Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology (IASST) is recruiting for the post of Finance and Accounts Officer. The position is available on a direct recruitment/deputation/contract basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the financial and accounting activities of the institute. The position is available for a period of 2 years, which may be extended for one more year. The candidate will be paid a salary of Rs. 67,700 to Rs. 2,08,700 per month. The last date for receiving online applications is 21/01/2021, and the last date for receiving hard copies of applications is 29/01/2021. The selection process will include a written examination and an interview. The candidate must have a Master's degree in Commerce with specialization in Accounting, Auditing, and/or Costing. The candidate must also have a minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting/auditing/costing in an academic/research/reputed organization. The candidate must be a maximum of 45 years old on the last date of receiving the application. The candidate must also have a qualification in SAS/CA/ICWA and experience in working with computers and other advancements in financial management. The candidate must also have knowledge of Central Government rules, regulations, and practices in financial matters.
