Applications are invited for the post of Business Analyst to be filled purely on contract basis for a period of 1 (one) year only. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and help organizations achieve their goals more effectively. The key responsibilities and duties include requirements gathering and analysis, process improvement, stakeholder management, solution design and implementation, documentation and communication, testing and validation, change management, security and system audit, and knowledge of task estimation techniques, effort variance, risk register, version maintenance, CAR, and DAR. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of Bachelor's/Master degree in a related field like IT, or a quantitative discipline, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to build relationships and work effectively with others, understanding of databases, networks, and other relevant technologies, and business acumen. Certifications like CSPO or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) will have an added advantage.
