The Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, invites applications from eligible candidates for the post of Assistant Development Commissioner (Group-B Gazetted) on deputation basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for looking after the work related to private sector Special Economic Zones (SEZs) located at Chandigarh and Mohali, under the jurisdiction of Development Commissioner, NSEZ, Noida. The post has been created on a cost recovery basis, and the continuation of the post will depend on the operational status of the SEZs. The appointment will be on a transfer basis initially for three years. The maximum age for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application. The deputation rules, regulations, and provisions as issued from time to time by DoPT shall be applicable. The selected candidate will be eligible for a salary of ₹9300-34800/- with a grade pay of ₹4600/-, equivalent to Level-7 of the Pay Matrix under 7th CPC. The application should be submitted through proper channel to the Development Commissioner, NSEZ, Noida, on or before sixty days from the date of publication of the vacancy advertisement in the Employment News. The application should be accompanied by a certified copy of complete and up-to-date confidential reports and APAR Gradations for the last five years, vigilance clearance, and integrity certificate. The application received after the last date or without the necessary documents will not be considered. The applicants whose applications have been received for this post earlier through proper channel need not to apply again.
