E Auction - Licensing of Amusement Site for 39th Surajkund International Crafts Mela. The auction is for licensing out of space for installation, operation, and management of amusement rides during the mela. The e-auction will be held on 19.12.2025. The interested bidder shall have to deposit E-Service Fees of Rs.1180/- (Non Refundable) and Registration fees of Rs.5900/- (Non Refundable) through offline mode. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) i.e. Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakh Only) is also required to be deposited through offline mode. The bidder will be required to ensure deployment of highly technically qualified staff for their day to day operations. All the staff on duty must wear proper identifiable colour coded uniform with cap. The bidder will also be required to ensure full-proof barricading of his area so that to ensure stoppage of trespassing under intimation to the O/o Executive Engineer, HTC/ Nodal Officer, SICM and as per his entire satisfaction.
