The District Mission Management Unit (DMMU), Jhargram under WBSRLM intends to empanel 2 (Two) nos. of Resource Persons (RP) on purely daily remuneration basis for providing regular handholding support in the field mainly in the thematic area of Social Mobilisation & Institution Building (SMIB) including Cooperative Management, Financial Inclusion (FI), and Social Inclusion & Social Development (SD). The selected candidates will be responsible for providing all-over support to DMMU in implementation of SMIB related DMMU & Institution assignment, preparing/updating/compilation of reports, documents, and process documentation related to Social Mobilization and Institution Building issues, and monitoring support related to Social Mobilization and Institution Building issues. The candidates will also be responsible for working in close coordination with IB team at SMMU, DMMU, and BMMU level, visiting SHG Institutions at least 8 days in a month related to Social Mobilization and Institution Building issues, and any other responsibility/task assigned by the authority time to time.
Education: Graduate/ Post Graduate in Rural Development & Work/ Sociology, Age Limit: Within 25-50 years as on the date of notification of selection process, Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Rural Development under Government and/or Non-Government organizations, Nationality: Indian citizen, Other: Preferable Language known: Bengali/ local vernacular languages, Knowledge of computer- Word, excel, power point and basic computer knowledge supported by Course certificate, Preference will be given to Community level personnel, Should have clear and sound knowledge about functioning of SHGs/SHG based federations, Must have desire to learn new skills & acquire knowledge and is physically fit, Is willing to go outside block/state/district as and when required, Must not continue to act as an office bearer of any Upa Sangha/ Sangha/ Maha-Sangha, Can not continue to act as an employee or office bearer of PRI, Can not continue to render service as an ICDS worker or as an ASHA activist or as employee of any government organization/NGO
