The Government of West Bengal, Office of the District Magistrate, Jhargram, invites applications for six contractual posts at the 100-Bedded Central Hostel for ST Girls, Old Jhargram. The engagement will be purely temporary and contractual, subject to annual renewal by the Office of the PO-cum-DWO, BCW&TD, Jhargram, on satisfactory performance of the incumbents. The posts include Superintendent, Matron, Helper, Darwan-cum-Night Guard, and Karmabandhu (Part-time). The selection process will involve a written test and interview. Other: Female candidates are eligible for all posts except Darwan-cum-Night Guard, for which both male and female candidates may apply.
Pay Scale: ₹15,000 - ₹7,000 per month. Grade Pay: ₹5,000 (Helper), ₹6,000 (Darwan-cum-Night Guard), and ₹3,000 (Karmabandhu (Part-time)). Level: Pay Matrix Level 2-4. Allowances: HRA, DA, TA (if mentioned). Total Package: Approximately ₹15,000 - ₹7,000 per month.
