The Alipurduar Zilla Parishad invites applications from superannuated W.B.C.S.(Executive) officers for the post of Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to provide secretarial support to the Sabhadhipati. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and support to the Sabhadhipati. The post is open to superannuated officers of W.B.C.S.(Executive) cadre who meet the eligibility criteria. The selected candidate will be appointed on a contract basis for a period of one year, renewable based on performance and availability of funds. The remuneration will be equivalent to pay band 4A with pay band scale pay of Rs. 15,600/- to Rs. 42,000/- with grade pay of Rs. 6,600/- (ROPA-2009) plus usual allowances minus pension. The last date of receipt of application is 21 March, 2025.
