Note: Karmsakha assists with job applications but does not guarantee job placement, interviews, or employment outcomes.

• Submit false or misleading information in job applications
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any local, state, national, or international law

5. Subscription and Billing

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days notice
• Refunds: No refunds are provided (see Refund Policy)
• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime, effective at period end
• Free Trial: Trial terms vary and convert to paid automatically

6. Intellectual Property Rights

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools based on your input is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• You will obtain employment through the Service
• Job applications will result in interviews or offers
• AI-generated content will be error-free or suitable
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karmsakha shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Failure to obtain employment or job interviews
• Errors in AI-generated content
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Karmsakha, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit through the Service

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Providing false information
• Non-payment of fees
• At our sole discretion for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which should reasonably survive termination shall survive.
