No Refund Policy

Karmsakha does not offer refunds for any of our subscription plans or services. All sales are final and non-refundable.

Important Notice:

  • No refunds for the Professional plan (₹199 for 7 days)
  • No partial refunds for unused periods
  • No refunds for downgrades or cancellations
  • No exceptions to this policy

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Karmsakha provides digital goods and services that are delivered instantly upon subscription:

  • Instant Access: You receive immediate access to all premium features upon payment
  • Digital Nature: Our services are intangible digital products that cannot be "returned"
  • Immediate Value: AI-generated resumes, job matches, and tools provide instant value
  • Resource Consumption: Each user consumes computational resources and API costs immediately

This policy aligns with standard industry practices for digital subscription services.

Cancellation Policy

While we don't offer refunds, you can cancel your subscription at any time:

How to Cancel:

  1. 1. Log into your Karmsakha dashboard
  2. 2. Navigate to Settings → Subscription
  3. 3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. 4. Confirm cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation:

  • • Access continues until the end of current billing period
  • • No future charges will occur
  • • Premium features disabled after period ends
  • • Your data remains accessible for 30 days
  • • You can resubscribe anytime

Billing Disputes

If you believe you were incorrectly charged:

  • • Contact our support team immediately
  • • Provide your transaction ID and details
  • • We'll investigate technical errors or unauthorized charges
  • • Resolution typically within 24-48 hours

Note: Disputes must be for technical errors only. Dissatisfaction with the service is not grounds for a refund.

Limited Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in these rare circumstances:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same period
  • Technical Failure: If our service was completely unavailable for your entire billing period
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law in your jurisdiction

These exceptions require proof and are subject to verification by our team.
