The Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology (IASST), Guwahati, is recruiting for a Project Associate-I position under a DBT, Gol-sponsored project. The project aims to understand the virulence mechanism of Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus on Citrus and develop disease control strategies. The selected candidate will work at IASST, Guwahati, and will be responsible for handling chemicals, instruments, and microbial cultures, as well as basic bioinformatics, microbiology, and microbial genetics. The position is for one year, extendable up to three years based on performance and internal assessment.
