Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology (IASST) is an autonomous multidisciplinary research organization under the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Govt. of India. The Institute requires one Veterinary Doctor for its Animal House Facility. The appointment would be as consultant for 11 months initially, which may or may not be extended without assigning any reason whatsoever. The selected candidate will be involved in the primary care and monitoring of the health status of the animals in the animal house facility of IASST. The Institute is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Veterinary Doctor to join its team.

Education: Bachelor of Veterinary Sciences (B.V. Sc.) and Animal Husbandry. Age Limit: Maximum 40 years with relaxation for candidates of reserved categories per Govt. of India rule. Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in care, handling, breeding, and maintenance of laboratory animals particularly inbred/transgenic strains, or equivalent experience in professional practices.
