The National Means Cum Merit Scholarship Examination, 2024 is a scholarship examination conducted by the Directorate of Education (S), Government of Manipur. The examination is for students studying in class VIII standard in Government/Government Aided Schools, excluding Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas, Sainik Schools, Kendriya Vidyalayas, and fully Government sponsored Residential Schools. The examination will be conducted on Sunday, the 10th November, 2024 at various examination centers spread across 17 educational zones. The application forms and other relevant information can be had from the concerned Zonal Education Office from Friday, the 4th October, 2024 onwards, free of cost. It can also be downloaded from the Departmental Website: www.manipureducation.gov.in. All relevant documents such as Category certificate, Income certificate, Class VIII reading certificate issued by the competent authority along with Aadhaar Xerox copy should be compulsorily enclosed at the time of submission, failing which the applications are liable to be rejected. The last date of submission of Form(s) at the Zonal Office is 30th October, 2024 and submission of Forms to the Science Unit, Directorate of Education (S) by the respective Zonal Office is 4th November, 2024.
