Applications are invited for purely project based temporary positions (for three years) under In-house project entitled “Reinventing pilgrimage potential for tourism development in the sacred landscape of Garhwal Himalaya”. The positions are for Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/Junior Project Fellow (JPF) and Project Assistant. The candidates having appropriate qualifications in relevant subject/specialization with consistently good academic record and experience may apply. The selected candidates will be engaged on a purely temporary basis for a period of three years. The positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the duration of the project. The engagement will be initially for a period of one year and may be extended further based on the performance of the candidate and the requirement of the project. The selected candidates will be paid a consolidated salary of Rs. 16,000 + H.R.A (for non NET qualified) and Rs. 25,000 + H.R.A (for NET qualified) per month. The candidates will also be entitled to other benefits as per the Institute rules. The candidates may appear for walk-in interview on 06.12.2017 at 10:30 A.M at G.B.
