Applications are invited for a purely project-based temporary position as a Project Fellow at the G.B. Pant National Institute of Himalayan Environment & Sustainable Development, Garhwal Unit. The position is available for the project titled 'Identification of land and bioresources based potential options for livelihood enhancement and diversification through simple technological interventions for sustainable development of disaster affected rural landscape of Kedar valley of Uttarakhand'. The selected candidate will be responsible for working on forest-based livelihood in disaster-affected rural landscapes and will have knowledge of computer. The position is available for one post, and the emoluments will be Rs. 16,000 per month. The age limit for the position is 28 years, with relaxation for SC/ST/Women/PH and OBC candidates as per Government norms.
