Applications are invited for the following purely project/contractual based temporary positions under National Mission on Himalayan Studies (NMHS)-Project Management Unit (PMU) funded facility entitled "Virtual Reality Imaging for Himalayan Assessment 3-Dimensionally (VRIHAD)" at GBPNIHESD, Almora. The candidate with adequate qualifications and appropriate experience in relevant subject/specialization with good academic records may appear for Walk-In-Interview on 01 February 2018 at 11:00 AM onward at Kosi-Katarmal (Almora) campus of the Institute. Desirous candidate may forward an advance copy of the application to the Administrative Officer by e-mail (os@gbpihed.nic.in) clearly mentioning the position applied for. The candidates are required to bring along all certificates, testimonial and an application in original at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Interview.

Education: B. Tech/MCA/M.Sc in Computer Science Engineering/Information Technology with minimum 65% marks throughout. Age Limit: Maximum 35 years for System Manager, Maximum 30 years for Data Processing Assistant, Maximum 28 years for Lab Assistant. Experience: Two years work experience in related area for System Manager, 1 year post qualification experience on database handling and management for Data Processing Assistant. Nationality: Indian citizen. Other: Desirable qualifications and experience mentioned in the job description.
