Applications are invited for a purely project-based temporary position of Junior Research Fellow / Senior Research Fellow in the NMPB funded project entitled 'Development of Optimum Drying Conditions for Selected Medicinal Plants of Indian Himalayan Region (IHR)'. The position is available at the G. B. Pant Institute of Himalayan Environment and Development, Kosi-Katarmal, Almora, Uttarakhand. The selected candidate will work on the project and will be responsible for conducting research, collecting data, and analyzing results. The position is temporary and will be filled on a project basis. The selected candidate will be paid a consolidated salary of ₹12,000 per month for JRF and ₹14,000 per month for SRF. The age limit for the position is 28 years for JRF and 31 years for SRF. The candidate must have a Master's degree in Chemical Sciences / Life Sciences with a minimum of 60% marks for JRF and two years of research experience for SRF.
